| Salary £21166 - £24799 per annum | Full Time, Fixed Term until 30/11/2020, 37 hours per week |


Lancashire are looking to recruit two Housing Officers to work within the leaving care service.


The posts will based in East Lancashire and Central Lancashire but will cover the whole county.

The Housing Officers will:

- Work with homeless and at risk of homelessness care leavers to support them into accommodation and to maintain their tenancies

- Undertake prevention work with care leavers who are at risk of future homelessness

- Develop protocols with local districts council that will create swifter pathways into accommodation for care leavers

- Work with housing providers and community resources to support care leavers into suitable accommodation.

The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
